SO I'm from Connecticut. When I think of Christmas I see TONS of snow, and freezing cold everywhere. I just realized that the world is bigger than me and not everybody experiences the holiday the same way I do.
My best friend Jesika de Pinho Andrade Barroso, who is now living back in Brasil, took some pretty photos of her city preparing for Christmas. There is no snow, nothing seems cold... but you do feel the essence of what Christmas would look like in a tropical land.
